Accounts Receivable Team Leader / Chef d'équipe comptes clients

INNOVA recherche un Chef d'équipe comptes clients expérimenté pour diriger la production et l'amélioration continue des rapports AR. Ce rôle clé implique la gestion d'une petite équipe et l'interaction client.

Missions

- Build and maintain KPIs for internal and external stakeholders - Set up client profiles, including tax details by province/country - Ensure alignment between contract terms, billing, and collections - Assign and prioritize team workload to consistently meet deadlines - Review team output for accuracy and process compliance - Partner with the Financial Analyst on billing reconciliations - Coordinate AP/AR transaction adjustments - Step in to cover the team during peak periods and leave - Be the team's front line for client, and internal/external stakeholder inquiries - responsiveness and a client-oriented tone are key - Lead the team: goal-setting, performance tracking, coaching, and leave planning - Monitor AR aging and drive timely follow-up on overdue payments - Support deposit reconciliations to catch and resolve discrepancies quickly - Champion continuous improvement: tools, systems, and best-practice documentation

Profil recherché

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Management - Minimum 5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience - Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role - CVs to be submitted in English. (PDF)
