Invoice and payment accounting for clients and suppliers Interest calculation Accrual accounting Preparation of quarterly and year-end accounting closings Preparation of annual accounts Liaison with third parties (fiduciaries, auditors, tax advisors) for tax declarations and accounting documentation
Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Proven experience in general accounting, ideally gained in the investment or real estate sector Mastery of the full accounting cycle, from day-to-day transaction recording through to the preparation of annual accounts
