Missions

Lead and support all Quality Control processes according to company standards Ensure compliance with quality requirements based on client expectations Be the guarantor of adherence to the company's Quality processes Conduct technical audits and ensure audit compliance Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions Report regularly to top management Drive continuous improvement in quality control and defect reduction Manage QC teams (responsibility, autonomy, and performance) Ensure consistency and discipline in inspections from production to shipment Identify training needs and develop team capabilities

Profil recherché

A young, dynamic, and passionate talent to lead our Quality Control team. Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3). At least 5 years of experience in the sweater/textile industry.
