Technical Writer and Trainer

DI Africa recherche un Technical Writer and Trainer pour produire de la documentation technique et des programmes de formation. Ce poste remote à Madagascar implique de travailler sur des systèmes de sécurité critiques et de former des ingénieurs.

Missions

Produce the operational runbooks and training programme of the platform. Deliver live training in English to engineers and executives. Write incident response, ceremony, enrolment, disaster recovery, update and lost-device runbooks. Build the training curriculum with naming aligned to the project glossary. Produce diagram-heavy documentation (Markdown/Mermaid). Deliver live training sessions to engineers and executives. Keep end-user guides free of internal infrastructure details.

Profil recherché

Intermediate - 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. Based in Madagascar, working remotely from home.
