The Solution Architect is responsible for defining and maintaining the overall technical architecture of the Application. He/She translates business and product requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions, while ensuring architectural consistency, technical standards, and alignment across engineering teams. As part of the Architecture and Technical Leadership function, he/she will: • Define and maintain the target architecture, service boundaries, integration contracts, and architectural standards across the Application • Ensure non-functional requirements related to performance, scalability, availability, security, observability, and maintainability are addressed • Lead architecture and design reviews, assess technical risks, and support engineering teams during implementation • Guide technology decisions, technical modernization, and integration approaches while balancing delivery, cost, security, and long-term scalability • Provide technical guidance, prototypes, and support on complex solutions, while mentoring engineers and promoting consistent architectural practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • 6+ years of software engineering experience, including several years in a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer role
