The Senior System Analyst bridges business needs and technical delivery by translating operational requirements into clear, consistent, and testable specifications. He/She works closely with product, engineering, architecture, QA, and operational stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and properly translated into functional solutions. As part of the Business & Systems Analysis function, he/she will: • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and business rules • Model workflows, processes, data, and functional behavior, including integration requirements and API contracts • Maintain requirement traceability, assess change requests, and identify functional dependencies and risks • Work closely with engineering and QA teams to clarify requirements, support testing and UAT, and ensure functional validation • Maintain clear and up-to-date functional documentation and facilitate requirement reviews with stakeholders
Education / Hard skills: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting clear and testable requirements • Strong knowledge of process, workflow, data modeling, and functional specifications • Experience defining integration and API requirements and working with engineering and QA teams • Good understanding of Agile delivery and requirement traceability Qualities / Soft skills: • Strong analytical and structured thinking • Attention to detail and precision • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to understand complex operational needs and translate them into clear requirements
