Missions

The PMO & Enablement Lead will be responsible for coordinating the CSIO portfolio and operating rhythm. The role serves as the single interface for project tracking, governance, reporting and follow-through. It ensures commercial, financial, resource and hiring plans remain up to date. The role also plays a central role in supporting the successful delivery of the AI & Data CoE programme. Key responsibilities: Own the consolidated portfolio view, PMO cadence, RAID log and action tracking across CSIO projects. Coordinate Project Coordinators and ensure accurate status reporting and follow-through. Manage CSIO meetings, governance sessions, agendas, materials, decisions and action tracking. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, briefing packs and leadership summaries. Drive quotations, POs, invoicing, forecasts, budgets and resource planning with the relevant stakeholders. Support the AI & Data CoE programme through PMO coordination, project kick-offs, handovers and follow-up. Coordinate team operations, onboarding, stakeholder and vendor follow-up across locations and time zones. Maintain documentation, knowledge management and standardized PMO templates. Leverage approved AI and digital tools to improve productivity and simplify repetitive administrative work.

Profil recherché

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Technology or related field. 8-12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in PMO, portfolio management or transformation office roles. Experience in a technology, telco or professional services environment.
