Financial Project Analyst / Analyste Financier de Projets

Innova-Talents, une entreprise de services numériques, recherche un Analyste Financier de Projets pour renforcer ses équipes à Antananarivo. Ce poste clé implique l'analyse financière et la gestion budgétaire de projets.

Missions

- Turn contracts into clear financial frameworks: analyze client agreements and translate them into our internal cost structure. - Launch projects on solid ground: set up projects and budgets in our project management and financial systems, and keep them current as scope or timelines evolve. - Shape pricing decisions: help identify and price out-of-scope services. - Ensure financial accuracy: manage revenue and expense recognition under Canadian GAAP, including accruals and allocations. - Uncover the story behind the numbers: compare actuals to budget and forecast, and explain what is driving variances. - Deliver reports that matter: prepare and present P&L statements, financial projections and invoicing updates to internal and external stakeholders. - Safeguard data integrity: monitor project balance sheet accounts and maintain organized, reliable financial records. - Own the invoicing cycle: review project invoicing, serve as the main client contact for billing questions, and make sure every invoice is issued and paid at study close. - Be a trusted advisor: work side by side with project managers to support budget and cost control, and lead regular financial reviews with managers and clients. - Drive continuous improvement: support audits and help design better financial processes and tools.

Profil recherché

- Master (BACC + 5) in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project accounting.
